Palo Santo

Palo Santo is a species of the Burseraceae family that grows in the tropical dry forests of the Pacific coast of South America. The name in Spanish literally means “Holy Stick”. The smoke and oils obtained from the wood have been used by South American ancestral cultures for calming, healing, and therapeutic purposes.
